Who we are
AUTOFIX is the online shop of AUTOFIX SERVICES LTD., a company registered in Scotland that works in the motor trade. Being around cars every day, we see the same small frustrations again and again: boots full of loose shopping, worn steering wheels, footwells full of grit, towels that scratch, phones sliding off dashboards.
This shop is our answer to those everyday jobs. It is deliberately narrow: things for the inside of the car, and the tools for washing it by hand.
What we sell, and what we don’t
We sell
Car organisers, seat and steering covers, universal floor mats and boot liners, microfibre and hand-wash tools, phone and cup holders, and detailing brushes.
We don’t sell
Vehicle parts, safety components such as brakes or tyres, cleaning chemicals, oils, batteries or aerosols. We also don’t give repair or modification advice.
How we list things
Every product page shows the material, approximate size and care instructions we have from the supplier. If we are not sure about a detail, we leave it out rather than guess.
How your order reaches you
We work with suppliers who hold stock in their own warehouses, mostly in Asia. When you order, the supplier packs your items and sends them directly to you with tracking. That keeps prices sensible, but it also means delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse, parcels may come from abroad, and import charges may apply in some countries. We would rather tell you that clearly up front; our Shipping policy has the details.
What you can expect from us
- Honest sizes: our mats and covers are universal, and we tell you how to measure before you buy.
- Tracking on every parcel.
- 14 days to cancel for any reason, and 30 days to return unused items.
- A real person replying to your email within one business day.
About our photos
Product images on this site are illustrations prepared to show each item clearly and consistently. They are not photographs of a specific unit. If you would like to confirm a detail such as colour, stitching or dimensions before ordering, email us and we will check with the supplier.
